I am a CEO, executive business coach, and business consultant. I work with CEOs in a private, confidential board with non-competing companies to help them make better business decisions, improve their leadership skills and work-life balance, as well as coaching clients who are unsure how to transition ownership in succession planning between both. I continue to coach the next generation in family-owned businesses to get to the next level. With a focus on leadership, organizational, and business development for the CEO, business owners, and key executives, my coaching is based on three key areas: learn, change, grow.

Paying it forward is central to the coaching I offer when helping my clients attain their goals. I have had the great fortune of collaborating with several mentors earlier in my career who provided guidance while I pursued my path to senior executive and CEO roles. I recognize that not everyone is as fortunate to have mentors who are truly interested in another’s success, offer a safe environment for exploratory learning, and benefit from confidential discussions, without any hidden agenda. My role as a mentor is critical; I know that the coaching I offer seriously influences the career path of another. Helping my client achieve their success is rewarding.

I have over 30 years of leadership experience in starting, developing, and commercializing technology-based businesses. I have started and led businesses from pre-revenue to $300 million and have raised over $40 million in venture capital and private funding.

I was privileged to be nominated for CEO of the year by the New York Stock Exchange in 2007.
